Leveraged: FastSurfer deep learning package, numpy, pandas, matplotlib. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gomezlab.github.io\/ppi-website\/\">ppi_analysis<\/a>: dashboard developed for protein-protein interaction data to be viewable by researchers (data privatized). Leveraged: numpy, pandas, NetworkX, matplotlib, html\/csss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fun Projects:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sasaigoli05.github.io\/CDC-datathon\/\">Flysight<\/a>: Carolina Data Challenge Hackathon &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/sasaigoli05\/CDC-datathon\">repo<\/a>. Flysight is an interactive web application that integrates multiple datasources like flight data and Bloomberg projections to derive insights into growing profitability of airlines. Flysight utilizes machine learning, data visualization, and geospatial analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/sasaigoli05\/friend_schedule_widget\">Friend Schedule Widget: <\/a> an html web app to include in an iPhone widget for my roommates to share availability to hang out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/suhan.aimcorp.org\/index.php\/mcat-cars-timer\/\">MCAT CARS timer<\/a>: a visual timer to help prime CARS section timing skills. Visually changes color gradient from green to red as a selected time interval runs out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Public Health<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canva.com\/design\/DAGtK0lMOW4\/_ljwjnXod82EShN_MkNCwQ\/view?utm_content=DAGtK0lMOW4&amp;utm_campaign=designshare&amp;utm_medium=link2&amp;utm_source=uniquelinks&amp;utlId=he9a08b79de\">HWHI Wellness Habitat: <\/a> A data and research driven mobile wellness intervention built on whole health and value-based care principles to increase quality, access, and affordability of rural healthcare. The proposal includes a data management pipeline, and analysis results integrating survey data, integrated interview data, focus group audio (automatically transcribed using open-ai whisper). The pipeline automatically anonymized data using a data dictionary with patient keys, and tabulated data in a unified table for downstream analysis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/sasaigoli05\/kannadatranscriber\">PHRII kannada transcription:<\/a> an automatic Kannada audio transcription pipeline for use in individual and focus group discussion for public\/community health work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sasaigoli05.github.io\/ghcommons_prototype\/\">Global Health Commons Prototype<\/a>: A prototype for an AI-workflow enabled data lakehouse for sharing and leveraging global health data, prioritizing interoperability. Made as a component response to my <a href=\"https:\/\/suhan.aimcorp.org\/index.php\/2026\/03\/05\/what-counts-in-global-health\/\">blogpost<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/sasaigoli05\/ghcommons_prototype\">Repo<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/sasaigoli05\/Form-ALS\">MaiALS<\/a>: In-progress care companion app for patients and caregivers of ALS.
